About the Client

The Upper Park Condo Association represents the owners of a set of buildings on Hoboken's Park Avenue. As part of UPCA's online presence, the board intended to distribute as much information as possible via paper-less means: Bylaws, master deed, meeting minutes, correspondance and a host of information for new condo owners.

An important goal was to achieve this mission cost effectively, so the UPCA turned to Iserloh Design.

Design Overview

The design process was very simple. Due to the budget constraints, UPCA chose an existing template from Iserloh Design's collection of proprietary designs. Iserloh Design then migrated the existing content into the new layout and commissioned additional content to fill in any gaps that became apparent. This phase of the project was completed within a single day.

Digital photography became a critical component of the new UPCA site - a feature found in all of Iserloh Design's creations. Since no photography was available at all, an onsite photoshoot provided much needed stock photography. In addition, UPCA tapped into Iserloh Design's stock photography archive to boost the site's appeal.

Since UPCA needed to share confidential information with the condo owners, a password-protected area was set up that contains PDFs of bylaws, master deed, meeting minutes and an emergency contact list.
